Pre-Construction –Construction Project Phase and Tender Works;
The certainty of the construction as the third phase of the design process requires the finalization of the construction project with all the required final construction drawings and documents, including material choices and technical specifications, conclusive cost estimate and bill of quantity list. This phase also defines the finalization of all the legal permissions, tender preparations and analysis of the tender proposals. In this phase the architectural project team works in close contact with other professions of the project and assists in the negotiations with the construction contract.
