Design Development –Final Project Phase;
Following the approval of the conceptual design, the architectural design is further developed. The construction drawings,preliminary overall cost estimate and scheduling are constituting the second phase of the design process. In this phase the conceptual project becomes accurate with technical 2D drawings,3D visualizations, material alternatives and development of the construction logic and process. This phase of the work also requires significant involvement of the owner for making decisions and choosing from alternatives presented by the architects. Etüd Mimarlık team is qualified to produce a vast variety of projects in order to fulfill the requirement of owner, parties and process.
